About Us

Imagine Construction Services is a construction and civil engineering company based in South Yorkshire. We have been operating since 2015, initially working on local authority housing stock, we have more recently diversified and now take on turn-key projects.

We are run by a small, highly skilled and experienced management team that have a genuine passion for our work. With over 100 years of combined experience in the industry and a proven track record of delivering projects ranging up to £10m, we have seen a lot and are able to use our experience and expertise to head off problems before they arise. By engaging us to work on your project you can rest assured that through careful planning and personal attention to detail, your project will be delivered on time and on budget.

Construction & Civils

Our ‘bread and butter’ has always been our commercial construction and civils; working across different sectors for clients including Fortem, Willmott Dixon, Mears Group, United Living, Lincolnshire County Council and Engie.

We offer a wide range of services including; groundworks, drainage, masonry, fencing, concrete flooring, pre-cast paving and macadam surfacing. We also have extensive experience of more specialised areas such as DDA Aids & Adaptations and structural repair works including stitching and grouting, piecemeal rebuilding and underpinning.

COVID-19

Since the start of the pandemic in 2020, we have continued to undertake essential maintenance works in the community. In order to protect all stakeholders, we have developed robust Covid-19 Work Safe policies and protocols to ensure that our staff, clients, end users and the public are all kept safe.

We have also introduced rapid lateral flow tests and are delighted that as of August 21 over 90% of our workforce are fully vaccinated. Combined with our existing protocols, these measures and protections give our clients confidence that we pose minimal transmission risk and our projects are unlikely to suffer Covid related delays.
